The Flemish Decree on Leases<\/h2>\n\n

\n Since January 1, 2020<\/strong>, residential lease legislation has been regionalized in Belgium. In Flanders, the Flemish Residential Lease Decree<\/strong> (Vlaamse Woninghuurdecreet<\/em>) applies to all residential lease agreements. \n <\/p>\n
