En B\u00e9lgica, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kbcbrussels.be\/particuliers\/fr.html\">KBC Bank<\/a> ofrece este servicio de apertura de una cuenta bancaria individualizada para fianza de alquiler. La cuenta individualizada abierta en KBC bank para guardar el importe de la garant\u00eda est\u00e1 a nombre del inquilino.
