Estar\u00e1 bloqueada hasta el final del alquiler o hasta que tanto el inquilino como el propietario hayan acordado de antemano liberar fianza de alquiler de ING. Este servicio es muy diferente de otro servicio del ING Bank, la Garant\u00eda Bancaria de Alquiler ING. <\/p><p>ING ofrece varios servicios de garant\u00eda bancaria, incluido un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/garantie.be\/es\/garantia-bancaria-alquiler\/\">aval bancario de alquiler<\/a><\/span> como parte de un contrato de alquiler. El procedimiento para liberar los fondos bloqueados en fianza de alquiler consiste en rellenar el formulario ING de solicitud de liberaci\u00f3n de la Garant\u00eda de Arrendamiento. El formulario cumplimentado lo firman las partes del contrato y se env\u00eda por correo en original a la sucursal bancaria de ING que bloque\u00f3 los fondos.  <\/li><li>Con la presentaci\u00f3n de una sentencia judicial: Esta sentencia debe ser ejecutiva y pronunciarse expresamente sobre la deuda del inquilino con el propietario. La sentencia se presenta en la sucursal de ING que haya bloqueado los fondos en fianza de alquiler para su ejecuci\u00f3n. <\/li><\/ol><p>Tambi\u00e9n es posible obtener la liberaci\u00f3n de los fondos bloqueados en fianza de alquiler antes de que finalice el contrato de alquiler.
