Cette d\u00e9marche permet de donner une <strong>date certaine au bail<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de prouver officiellement qu\u2019il existe.<\/p><p>L\u2019enregistrement prot\u00e8ge \u00e0 la fois le bailleur et le locataire :<\/p><ul><li><strong> Pour le propri\u00e9taire :<\/strong>\u00a0il s\u2019agit d\u2019une preuve solide en cas de litige ou de contr\u00f4le fiscal.<\/li><li><strong>Pour le locataire :<\/strong> c\u2019est une garantie de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
