Cette limitation vise \u00e0 all\u00e9ger la charge financi\u00e8re des locataires et \u00e0 \u00e9viter les abus.<\/li>\n \t<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/garantie.be\/fr\/garantie-locative-flandres\/\">garantie locative en Flandre<\/a> peut atteindre <b>3 mois de loyer<\/b>, que ce soit sous forme de compte bloqu\u00e9 ou de garantie bancaire. Ce fonds permet aux locataires de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une garantie locative mutualis\u00e9e, sans devoir verser imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019argent.
