Mais contrairement \u00e0 ce que son nom laisse penser, elle ne couvre pas seulement les incendies.\u00a0<strong>L\u2019assurance incendie du locataire<\/strong> prot\u00e8ge :<\/p><ul><li><p>Le logement occup\u00e9, contre les dommages caus\u00e9s par le locataire ;<\/p><\/li><li><p>La responsabilit\u00e9 locative envers le bailleur ;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Les biens personnels du locataire : mobilier, \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager, effets personnels.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>En cas de sinistre (incendie, d\u00e9g\u00e2t des eaux, explosion, temp\u00eate\u2026), c\u2019est l\u2019assureur qui indemnise le propri\u00e9taire et rembourse le locataire pour les pertes subies selon les garanties souscrites.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element cl\u00e9s.<\/p><\/li><li><p>En <strong>r\u00e9gion wallonne et en r\u00e9gion de Bruxelles<\/strong>\u00a0: La souscription d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/garantie.be\/fr\/assurance-incendie-assurance-habitation-belgique\/\">assurance incendie<\/a> est l\u00e9galement obligatoire pour tout locataire.<\/p><\/li><li><p>En <strong>r\u00e9gion flamande<\/strong> : elle n\u2019est pas impos\u00e9e par la loi, mais reste quasi syst\u00e9matique dans les contrats de <a
