Deze federale wet werd voor het laatst bijgewerkt in haar 14e editie in maart 2013. <\/p>\n<p>De afgelopen jaren heeft elk gewest zijn eigen regelgeving over woninghuur ingevoerd. Deze oplossingen zijn toegankelijk voor mensen met een laag inkomen en de procedure om ze te verkrijgen is anoniem om discriminatie tegen te gaan. Dit zijn de twee mogelijkheden die het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest aanbiedt:  <\/p>\n<h3>De lening van het Woningfonds<\/h3>\n<p>Het Woningfonds van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest biedt renteloze leningen aan voor het opzetten van een huurwaarborg. Deze renteloze lening kan tot 100% van de kosten van de huurwaarborg dekken. De renteloze lening wordt enkel toegekend onder bepaalde inkomensvoorwaarden. Het doel van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondsdulogement.be\/fr\/prets-garantie-locative\">lening van het Woningfonds<\/a> is om de meest kansarmen te helpen. Jongeren die niet meer dan 28.000 euro netto per jaar verdienen, komen in aanmerking voor een lening tegen nultarief met terugbetaling over 24 maanden.    <\/p>\n<h3>Het BRUGAL-fonds<\/h3>\n<p>Het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest biedt ook een andere oplossing voor mensen die een lening van 24 maanden niet kunnen terugbetalen: het Brugalfonds. Dit solidariteitsfonds stort de huurwaarborg op een bankrekening op naam van de huurder. <\/p>\n<p>De huurder verbindt zich ertoe maandelijks tussen 5 en 30 euro terug te betalen aan het Brugalfonds. Met de dienst e DEPO kunt u huurwaarborgfondsen blokkeren bij de Deposito- en Consignatiekas. <\/p><p>De <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/garantie.be\/nl\/vrijgave-huurwaarborg-online-formulier\/\">vrijgave van de huurwaarborg<\/a><\/span> kan worden verkregen op basis van een gezamenlijke verklaring waarin de overeenstemming tussen de huurder en de verhuurder over het lot van het in de garantie geblokkeerde bedrag wordt bevestigd.
