Rental guarantee reimbursement

Garantie.be settled their debts with the landlord on their behalf. These customers therefore owe Garantie.be a financial debt that remains unpaid to this day, and is sometimes the subject of legal proceedings.
If you are considering entering into a rental agreement with these people, we recommend that you exercise extreme caution, given their financial liabilities and lack of cooperation in attempts at amicable resolution.

Zékir Naim has been sentenced in court for non-payment of rental debts. Its debts have been paid by garantie.be and are currently the subject of legal proceedings in an attempt to clear its financial debts to garantie.be.
Bakkach Tasnime - legal proceedings
Bakkach Tasnime is jointly and severally liable for the debts of Zékir Naim vis-à-vis garantie.be and has been convicted in court for non-payment of rental debts. Her debts stem from commitments made with her partner in connection with the jointly rented property.

Lizbeth Judith Elias is jointly and severally liable for Itzhak Solsky’s debts to garantie.be and has been convicted in court for non-payment of rental debts. Her debts stem from commitments made with her partner in connection with the jointly rented property.
